Steve Vaile

Steve Vaile has 13 years experience as the CEO and Chairman of Mad Monkey Hostels a company he founded in 2011 and grew to be the Market Leader in South East Asia. He served as founder, CEO, Chairman and Board Advisor where he was responsible for managing 21 hostel properties, 21 restaurants, 20 bars and one of Cambodia's largest night clubs employing almost one thousand people.

Steve is an active technology and real estate investor and serves on the board of directors for Quantum Security Defence, WizzWang SAS, Qsysteme a defence systems integrator, WorQ Group and is a Senior Partner at Eblana Capital Partners. He has education in Venture finance from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and in Marketing Strategy from Yale School of Management, a CBCA from the International Financial Institute and is currently in the final year of his Executive MBA with Rome Business School.
