Brian Davidson

Brian has over 30 years’ experience in hospitality and retail, across the UK and mainland Europe at Executive level. During that time, he has worked for a number of sector-leading companies, including the gaming brand William Hill and the brewing giant Heineken, in both operational and business development positions. 

In parallel to these roles, Brian was also the President of the Scottish Beer & Pub Association (SBPA) from 2017>2021.  

He also acquired and operated a successful coffee shop in Greenock, his hometown, operating from 2012 to 2019 until he sold the business.  

Latterly, Brian has taken up a couple of Non-Executive Director roles, and enjoys working with small business owners ( SMEs) as a Hospitality Consultant. 

When not working, you are most likely to find Brian in a pub with friends & family, watching a live music event in the Glasgow area, or trying to inspire his beloved Greenock Morton FC to become the dominant force in Scottish football. 

Brian lives in Greenock, Scotland,is married to Lorna, and has two sons, Jack & Ross.
