Boutique 50 is a design led boutique hotel platform for discerning traveler's looking for luxury accommodation in Europes main cities.
Boutique 50 is a boutique hospitality brand deploying boutique hotels in European cities with high levels of tourism and business travel. By identifying existing assets for refurbishment and renovation and we convert large residential properties, castles, villas and guesthouses into luxury boutique hotels designed for business travellers and upmarket leisure customers.
With a number of existing properties and a strong pipeline of properties currently being executed throughout Europe the company is set for stable growth in the European market.
We are currently in the process of acquiring new properties for the Boutique 50 Brand, including change of use conversions, refurbishments, acquiring existing boutique hotel companies or turnkey existing operations.
Options to acquire include outright asset purchase, lease rental, lease to purchase or joint venture.
